This is probably a misconfigured IP issue or an adapter problem which can be fixed. The most common message that appears is the “No Internet, Secured” error which is an easy fix to do.

For a few days now, when I get on the laptop there is the connection there for the jetpack but there is no internet access. I was having same issue where my wifi was showing connected but no internet access. Go to device mamager --> Network Adapters. there will be wireless adapater --> go to its advanced properties --> Re: Connected to Extender, but no Internet I had the same problem with a N300 Wifi Range Extender but was able to finally solve it. Initially, although I can connect the extender to the router, the devices that are connected to the extender did not have internet.

The router lights show there's internet, and it's broadcasting WiFi, but if you connect there's no internet access. Also, the nighthawk app claims it isn't connected to the router even when it is. I reset the router and the wifi networks on my phone and got the same results.
